A large baroque pearl rose diamond and gold brooch realistically figured in the form of a horses head and crop has bolted past its pre-sale estimate of £800-1200 to sell for £26,000 (plus buyers premium 26.4%) to a bidder via telephone.

Wimbledon Auctions have the pleasure of announcing that we will be auctioning a monumental bronze bust of American's first president and greatest founding father, George Washington (1732-1799), by renowned sculptor Avard Tennyson Fairbanks (1897-1987).
